WHO WE SUPPORT
We stand beside every child under 18 who comes to The Grand County Children’s Justice Center, ensuring they have a safe, welcoming place to share their story. The Friends nonprofit is dedicated to walking alongside these children and their families, providing the vital support they need throughout their healing journey.

Our Core Values

Guiding Principles

Healing

Restore Innocence

Our mission revolves around providing a safe space where children can heal from the scars of abuse. Through therapy, medical care, and unwavering support, we aim to restore their faith in life and themselves.

Empowerment

Building Resilience

Empowering victims of abuse is at the heart of our work. We equip them with the tools to overcome their past, offering counseling, legal assistance, and community resources to help them reclaim their lives.

Advocacy

Voice for the Vulnerable

As advocates for child welfare, we strive to be the voice for those who cannot speak for themselves. Our legal support services ensure that justice is served and the rights of every child are protected.
